Envoice uses the email address you have created your account with (or have been invited to company account) as your login username. You can change the email address which then changes your username to be that email address.
To change your email:
- Login to Envoice
- On the top right corner of Envoice, click on your name to open your profile, then click Settings.
- Click on Edit Icon, right to your current email address
- Enter new email address and confirm it by entering it twice
- Enter your password for security reasons
A verification email will be sent to a new email address. After confirming new email, your email is changed and you have to use the new email address for logging into Envoice web and mobile app.
