Sometimes in your organization, the users hierarchical status may change or they may need to perform additional tasks. In such cases, you might have to grant additional (or fewer) permissions to users.
Note: This action is only available to Admin Users.
Change user permissions
- Login to Envoice
- Go to Settings > User
- Click on the name of user. The user's profile page will then open.
- Select or deselect any Role. Learn more about user permissions
- Click Save
If a user is associated with multiple Envoice company accounts, you are able to edit only the permissions of current company account.
