When an Envoice trial expires, the result depends on what has occurred regarding billing information for that company Envoice account.
If billing information has been provided during the trial period:
The subscription will be activated upon the expiration of the trial.
The cost of that subscription will be dependent upon the chosen Envoice plan and the actual number of documents you will submit. The cost of subscription doesn't depend on a number of users on your Envoice company account.
If billing information has not been provided during the trial period:
All access to the company Envoice account will be suspended. It will remain restricted until an Admin User in the account logs in and provides the billing information necessary to begin an Envoice subscription.
If no information is provided in 30 days following the date that the trial expired, the company account — and all of its data — will be removed from Envoice servers.
