Note: Closing a Billing Account will immediately suspend all subscriptions to all linked Company accounts!
Subscriptions are suspended until the Company account is linked to another Billing Account.
After closing the Billing Account we generate a final balance invoice covering your unsettled balance.
Closed Billing Account cannot be opened again.
To close a billing account:
- Sign in to Envoice
- Click Settings > Subscription
- Click Billing > Manage billing accounts
- Choose the Billing Account you wish to close and click View
- On Billing Account administration page click Settings > Close billing account
- On the Warning, page confirm by clicking Close billing account
