Receipts and invoices often contain multiple purchases that span different total, tax amounts, categories, clients, or projects. Now, they can be split up within the transaction using the line item extraction service.
For those clients who require that extra level of detail, Envoice can go through purchase invoices line-by-line. We extract each individual item with a high level of accuracy, saving you even more time on bookkeeping.

How to enable line item extraction?
Line-by-line extraction at Envoice has to be enabled on supplier bases. I.e. you have to select which vendor invoices you are willing to process line-by-line.
To enable line item extraction
- Go to Settings > Contacts
- Find and open the supplier whose invoices should be extracted line-by-line
- Open the Contact by clicking Edit button
- Find the field Extract line items for this supplier (fees apply) and select Yes
- Click Save
