Accountants e-mail address is used for sending company account related notifications. Also, all items that are sent to your Invoice Inbox, but do not meet the requirements of Envoice Invoice Inbox, will be forwarded to this email address.
Accountants' email address is initially populated with the email address of the user who created the company account.
To edit the accountant's email address:
Note: This action is only available to Admin Users.
- Login to your Envoice account
- Go to Settings > General
- At section Company settings you are able to edit the Accountant's email address
