Create an API Token in Wise
- Go to Wise and open Settings

- Go to Envoice and navigate to Banking
- At first, add your Wise account as a Bank Account in Envoice if it already does not exist
- Go to a Bank Account and click Connect Bank

For security reasons, you must add Envoice generated public key to your Wise account before activating the connection. Otherwise, Envoice will not be able to collect your bank statement and the connection will stop working.
- Go to Wise and open Settings
- Find API Tokens section and press Manage Public Keys
- Upload the Public Key that you downloaded at the Envoice Connect Now window
Set up webhooks for real-time data
To get the real-time account statement and balance from Wise, webhooks must be set up. Otherwise, Envoice will sync your account statement once a day.
The webhook endpoint URL is https://app.envoice.eu/desktop/webhook/transferwise
- Login to Wise
- Go to Settings and find the Webhooks section
- Press Create a new webhook
- Fill URL and Name field
- Choose Subscribed events for a webhook.
- Transfer Update Events for the outgoing transfers to be in real-time
- Balance Deposit Events to get real-time events for balance when money is added to your account
- Save the webhook by clicking Create webhook
Note: To get real-time updates for both, money in and money out transactions, you must set up two separate webhooks. The webhook URL is identical for both events.
