A chart of accounts is the basis for bookkeeping purchase (and sales) documents and it must match the chart of accounts used in your accounting software.
Therefore, Envoice prefers to synchronize (import) the chart of accounts automatically from the accounting software to always keep them identical.
Depending on the integrated software, Envoice may import the chart of accounts automatically at the moment of integration, or you may need to configure your accounting software to send the chart of accounts and any changes to Envoice.
You can find out whether Envoice can synchronize the chart of accounts from your accounting software automatically, or if you need to make additional settings to update the data, in the integration guide for your specific software.
If synchronizing the chart of accounts from your accounting software is not possible, you can enter the Chart of Accounts manually or upload it using Excel.
