There are two ways you can update your payment method. You can either change a Billing Account which is responsible for payments of your Company account or you can update the information on your Billing Account.
Note: This action is only available to Billing Account Users.
To update your Billing Account credit card details:
- Login to Envoice.
- Click Settings > Subscription > Billing
- Click Go to linked Billing Account
- On the window Payment method, click Update
- Update card information and click Save
If you no longer has access to the company account, but you has access to the billing account, you can find your billing accounts as follows.
To view or access all of your Billing Accounts:
- Login to Envoice.
- In top right, click on your user account.
- In the drop-down menu choose Billing.
- The list of billing accounts opens that you have access to.
