If we've made a mistake extracting data from your documents, just correct the data and we record that action as a reported mistake. Your feedback helps our machine learning algorithms improve, and will increase our data extraction accuracy with the next documents.
This means we are continuously monitoring and learning from the changes you make.
If you are using a verified data extraction service ExactExtract you are also able to report for any mistakenly extracted item.
To report a mistake
- Go to Normal View and click Report a mistake
- Select a mistakenly extracted data from drop down
- [optional] Select the checkbox if you would like the same item to be processed again
- Click Submit a feedback
