Note: Account setup actions are only available to users that are in an Administrator role.
1. Connect Your Accounting Software
Envoice works best when it communicates directly with your existing accounting system. Linking your accounting software ensures that your financial data from Envoice syncs seamlessly.

2. Invite Your Team
All Envoice company accounts are multi-user friendly. Invite your team members so they can submit their own expenses, participate in approval workflows, or create sales invoices.
To add users, go to your Envoice account:
- Settings
- Users
- Invite user
- Add their details and assign relevant roles

3. Submit Your First Bill or Expense
Depending on how you use Envoice, you can start submitting your company's purchase invoices or your expense receipts so our system can automatically extract the data.

For purchase invoices: Forward documents via email, upload them directly, or use cloud sync.

For receipts & expenses: Snap pictures of paper receipts on the go with our mobile app, or upload your files directly to the web.
