Each user in Envoice has a settings page where their access permissions, bank account for reimbursements, contact details and other account information is managed
Note:
Editing user details is only available to Admin Users
To edit users permissions, read this article.
User's login Email can be edited by the users themselves.
To edit the information associated with a user,
- Go to Settings > Users
- Select and click on the user
- Click show more options... to see and edit other users related information
User profile fields:
Country of residence |
Determines which of the user's travels are domestic and which ones are foreign |
Work email | If the user account was created with the personal email address, but employees official email should be displayed on documents, fill the work email address. |
Bank account | Users personal bank account number is required for user reimbursements |
Approval Limit |
The approval limit acts as a threshold. The user will be added to the workflow and has to approve the items that are over the approval limit. Note: Before you automate something within an approval process, be aware of the limits applied to users |
Do not send approval workflow notifications: |
It is possible to exclude the user from receiving workflow notifications by selecting the option |
Employee tracking category |
You can define if the user is linked to a certain tracking category (project or object) for automating recordings |
Default balancing account for sales invoicing and Default balancing account for purchases | Select proper accounts from the chart of accounts to automate the coding process |
