Managing vehicles in Envoice is simple. You can add multiple vehicles to your account and select the one whose mileage you want to report when creating an expense or travel expense report.
To manage vehicles in the Envoice mobile app:
- Open an existing expense report or create new report
- Tap the "+ Add expense" icon.
- Select "Distance".
- Tap the "Vehicle" field.
- Click "Add new vehicle" to add a new vehicle to your account.
To manage vehicles in the Envoice web application:
- Go to the "Reports" section and select "My Reports."
- Create a new report by clicking "Create new" or open an unsubmitted (Draft) report.
- In the "Expenses" section of the report, find the row labeled "Mileage" and click the '+' icon.
- On the "Vehicle" dialog box, click "Manage vehicles."
- Click "Add new vehicle" to add a new vehicle to your account.
- To edit or delete an existing vehicle, click "Edit" or "Delete" on the appropriate entry.
